Zoë Delnavaz

California Program Director

Zoë Delnavaz is a mission-driven leader who thrives on building strong, connected teams and brings gentleness and deep care into her role as Program Director at GenerateHope. As a longtime volunteer, she served in many capacities over the years, including founding Light & Leaf Kitchen, GH’s cooking and nutrition program focused on wellness and life skills through food. Zoë was born and raised in San Diego and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a degree in Political Economy. She was a two-time All-American tennis player, an NCAA Woman of the Year, and a Rhodes Scholarship finalist. She’s held leadership roles in several nonprofits, most recently supporting students within the Los Angeles Unified School District. Zoë is honored to carry forward the beautiful work that has come before her and support survivors reimagine and rebuild their lives. Outside of GenerateHope, you’ll find her retreating to the peace of home in Escondido, spending time with her husband and family.
