For over 30 years Victoria has been seeking to balance faith, family, work and volunteering. As a business professional Victoria has worked in both healthcare and clean energy, and served most recently as an executive for CLEAResult, a 4000 person clean energy company driving sales and growth. She continues to impact organizations of all sizes by offering her services as a fractional executive or coaching executives on identifying opportunities for growth, developing a solid strategic plan to map to that growth and designing and building commercial organizations to implement those plans and achieve those goals. 

While raising her two children Victoria focused on service throughout their lives in hopes of developing their heart for service. She founded and ran April’s Angeles for 10 years, a non profit focused on providing fantasy bedrooms for chronically ill children, served as a leader alongside her daughter for 6 years in National Charity league, and currently serves as the Director of the Coastline Dream Center, the outreach arm of Coastline Church in Carlsbad.

Victoria has been volunteering with GenerateHope for over 4 years working across all aspects of the organization, and has allowed her passion to fight for survivors of human trafficking to take her on three mission trips in Asia, serving these women in India, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia.  Victoria earned her undergraduate degree in economics and business from UCLA, and her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been happily married for 28 years and resides in Carlsbad with no plan of ever leaving paradise!
