Rachel Leachman

Founder, Rachel’s Ranch

Rachel Leachman is an artist, passionate advocate for survivors of sex trafficking, and a devoted wife and mother. She began her journey with GenerateHope as an active volunteer while running her own business, teaching jewelry classes, accompanying residents to equine therapy, and providing respite on weekends for Resident Guides. After a year of service, Rachel felt called along with the GenerateHope leadership team to help expand the organization to Colorado. She closed her business to answer that call and played a key role in launching GenerateHope’s first Recovery Program outside of California. She also established Rachel’s Ranch, a safe and healing space for survivors. Today, Rachel is a stay-at-home mom but continues to support GenerateHope’s mission as an active volunteer, using her creativity, compassion, and leadership to impact the lives of survivors. She previously earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Miami University and has served as both a WyldLife leader for middle school girls and a Young Life leader for college-aged students. Originally from Wisconsin, Rachel and her husband relocated to Colorado in 2020 to support GenerateHope’s expansion.
