Pamela is a native here in the vibrant city of San Diego. Since 2005, Pamela has owned and operated her own HR Consulting Firm. With a keen eye for solutions and a heart for uplifting others, she became a trusted advisor to numerous businesses, guiding them to build inclusive, supportive work environments. Through her life she has always had a calling on her heart and a passion for young women and helping guide them spiritually. For many years she was in High School Ministry at North Coast Calvary Chapel and beyond. Her specific journey with GenerateHope began with volunteering in 2016 as she spearheaded multiple annual fundraisers. Pamela's passion for supporting vulnerable women ignited into further commitment with GenerateHope where in 2017, she made a pivotal decision to join GenerateHope as the leader of the Human Resources Department. In this role, she not only provides essential HR services but also takes the lead in organizing impactful events that bring awareness to the plight of survivors. In Pamela's off time, her love for the ocean and mountain life become cherished moments spent with close friends, family and her pups, which all reflect her appreciation for life’s balance and the value of gratitude.
