Kaitlin Saenz serves as Development Director at GenerateHope, where she combines her background in education, ministry leadership, and coaching to connect donors to the mission of restoring hope and dignity to survivors. A former elementary and middle school teacher, she has also held leadership roles on church staffs, including Executive Director of Family Ministries at Park Church in Denver, and has served donors in other nonprofits. Kaitlin draws on years of experience coaching leaders toward clarity, courage, and operational excellence, bringing both a systems-minded and people-centered approach to her work.

Passionate about justice and inspired by the generosity of others, she thrives on building relationships that create meaningful impact. Kaitlin and her husband, Josh, have served together in youth and community initiatives, participated in global humanitarian projects, and now raise their two sons in Denver, CO. Off the clock, you’ll likely find her with her toes in the sand and a smile on her face, convinced that a day at the beach with tacos is always a day well spent.
