Announcement: GenerateHope is Hiring a Program Director for the Relaunch of our 24-Hour Residential Program for Survivors of Sex Trafficking in Northern Colorado
Join Us:
We are currently seeking a dedicated program director who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of survivors of sex trafficking as we relaunch our program. If you have experience in restorative care, trauma-informed practices, or advocacy for vulnerable populations, we invite you to apply and help lead this important initiative. A licensed MSW or other counseling degree plus three years of management and staff supervision experience is required.
GenerateHope’s Mission: We serve sex trafficking victims by offering a real way out. GenerateHope is a faith-based organization providing long-term, comprehensive programs to women who have been sexually trafficked so that they are able to reintegrate into society and walk powerfully into their futures.
Program Overview:
Objective: To offer comprehensive restorative care in a safe environment.
Duration: The program will operate 24/7, ensuring long-term continuous support for our residents.
Target Audience: Adult female survivors of sex trafficking, providing a holistic, tailored approach to their unique needs and circumstances.
Key Features:
Safe Environment: A welcoming residential space prioritizing the safety and dignity of all residents.
Holistic Care: In-house intensive therapeutic services, education/vocational programming, life skills training, adjunct classes, and case management.
Adjunct Therapy: Trauma-informed best practices such as movement therapy, financial wellness, equine assisted, and art therapy.
Community Support: Collaboration with local organizations to create a robust network of resources and support for survivors.

Therapy Intern
GenerateHope is looking for a Therapy Intern to begin January 2025. This position is generally 24 hours a week working full days on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and lasts 8-12 months for continuity of care.
